About Atlar
Atlar is the AI-native treasury platform used by today's leading growth companies to manage cash, payments, forecasting, and liquidity in one place. Teams at Lovable, GetYourGuide, Storytel, Tide, Trustly, and Zilch use Atlar to connect their banks and ERPs in a single platform, save thousands of hours of manual work, unlock idle cash, and reduce errors at scale.
Atlar is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and backed by Index Ventures, investors in category-defining companies such as Adyen, Revolut, Figma, etc.
About the Role
Customer support is where Atlar's promise gets tested every day. When a customer's payment looks stuck or a bank connection behaves unexpectedly, they come to us, and they trust us to find the real answer. In this role, you will read logs, trace how a payment moves through its lifecycle, and figure out what actually happened before a single word goes back to the customer.
This is a foundational, early hire on a small team, so you will help shape how the function works in a flexible and agile way as it grows rather than inherit a fixed playbook. The role blends technical investigation with direct customer communication: you spend your day moving between digging into a problem and articulating its resolution to the finance and treasury teams who rely on us. You will work closely with the support lead, delivery, engineering and customer success teams, and you will own problems end to end. We have purpose-built internal tooling that helps you get to a high standard quickly, so you are never thrown in cold, and we measure success by problems fully solved and customers kept.
What You'll Do
Investigate customer issues end to end: dig into logs, trace payment flows like credit transfers, reconciliation, and bank connections, and find the underlying cause
Provide clear, accurate responses that address and resolve the customer’s underlying issue, rather than merely acknowledging their request.
Work directly with customers at some of Europe's leading growth companies, translating technical detail into plain language
Partner with engineering on hard cases, handing them a tightly scoped question and the exact context they need
Turn each resolved complex problem into reusable knowledge so it can be solved smoother the next time
Spot recurring issues and highlight necessary product changes to prevent them, add documentation, or onboarding, so problems get eliminated instead of recreated
What You Need
Curiosity about how systems work, and comfort reading logs and understanding how APIs behave
Excellent written communication in English, with the ability to explain technical things simply and calmly
A mindset of wanting to solve underlying problems
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to own a problem until it is resolved
A recent graduate or early-career background in systems science, IT, computer science, or a related field, whether from university or a vocational program, or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with B2B fintech, payments, treasury, or finance software
Exposure to APIs, SQL, or log and observability tools
Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up, particularly in the support sector
Flexible start date, and we are keen to move quickly for the right person
