The role

Atlar is at a pivotal stage of growth, and we’re building a skilled GTM & Revenue Operations team to help sustain our long-term momentum.

You will be a key contributor to elevating our sales operations and aligning go-to-market strategies across the sales team. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you’ll lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects while collaborating with the Sales team to achieve our ambitious growth targets. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Atlar's growth across the board.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the daily operations of the Sales organization and collaborating with Sales Leadership.

· Analyzing and recommending improvements in the sales process and system usage.

· Developing robust workflows and reporting functionalities in our sales tools.

· Conducting ad hoc analysis and driving insights to enhance sales initiatives.

· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.

We hope you have

· Preferably a Bachelor's or Masters's degree from a recognized university.

· The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reports and analyses.

· Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

· Excellent analytical thinking and experience solving complex problems.

· An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to undefined processes.

Nice-to-Haves:

· Experience working in high-growth startups.

· Interest in B2B SaaS and financial technology.

· Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
