About the Role
The delivery function at Atlar strives to deliver value to our customers by implementing Atlar’s products for new customers and supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Work with new customers to deeply understand their current work flow, pain points and obstacles to full rollout. Problem solve alongside customers and Product/Engineering as needed.
Act as a strategic consultant and single point of contact for customers as you guide them through Atlar setup, best practices and ongoing usage.
Manage the customer relationship by being the single point of contact during delivery, and engage with the customer in weekly meetings, and more.
Project manage thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new customers.
Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Atlar’s suite of products.
Ensure fast, thorough, and complete onboarding of new Atlar customers by leading and educating new customers on Atlar’s functionality and best practices.
Improve Atlar’s processes and documentation for integration processes, bank capabilities and customer operations.
Ensure complete integration between Atlar and new customers’ financial partners (e.g. banks/ERP), by project leading the integration process end-to-end with those partners.
Drive product usage, high NPS, and revenue for Atlar by ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the implementation process, and continuing to sell the customer on why implementing Atlar is a high-value initiative.
Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Atlar’s suite of products.
Partner closely with the Product/Engineering team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritised. Help facilitate product workshops as necessary.
Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 3 years of experience with exceptional performance in customer success, management consulting, project management, product operations experience, or similar.
Experience managing strategic customer relationships with numerous stakeholders.
Experience running complex implementation projects with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns.
Proven track record of ability to work with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot and ideate workarounds as needed.
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and position product solutions accordingly.
High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with ERP software (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience with bank integration channels.
Experience within financial services.
Experience at a high-growth startup.
